Lime chicken, pork or fish
List of Ingredients
Juice from 2 limes or about 4T. lime juice
4T. butter or margerine
2-4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
OR
2-4 boneless pork chops
OR
2-4 fish fillets
egg wash if you want
flour for dredging
a little oil for browning
Recipe
Cook your whatever in hot oil.
Remove to plate and keep warm if you want to.
Pour off all of the oil being careful not to remove any
of the brown bits from pan.
Add lime juice, stir to deglaze the pan.
Stir in half stick of margerine until melted.
Pour over your choice.
Good with rice.
We like the sauce over asparagus and greenbean too.
