List of Ingredients
1/3 cup olive oil, divided
2 lbs. new potatoes, thinly sliced
2 thin slices sweet onion, separated into rings
¾ tsp. dried rosemary
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper
Recipe
Brush half the oil on a 24-inch length al foil; top with potatoes and onions. Drizzle with remaining oil; sprinkle with seasonings. Fold over foil; seal edges firmly to form a packet. Place on a medium-hot grill or bake on a baking sheet at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes, until potatoes are tender. Open packet carefully, allowing steam to escape. Serves 6 to 8.
