Cinnamon-Chocolate Chip Buscuits

Recipe Introduction
This recipe actually calls for raisins but I don't have a lot of raisin lovers in my house so I subbed something tastier.
List of Ingredients
1/2 C. Potato Starch
1/2 C. Cornstarch
1 1/2 tsp. Xanthan Gum
1 TBSP Baking Powder
1/4 tsp. Baking Soda
1/2 tsp. Salt
3/4 tsp. Cinnamon
1/4 C. Sugar
2/3 C. Milk
1/2 tsp. Vanilla (gluten-free, obviously)
1/3 C. Shortening
1/2 C. Chocolate ChipsRecipe
Preheat oven to 375.
Mix dry ingredients, except chips, together. Add shortening and wet ingredients. Mix until blended. Add chips. Mix until dough lumps are removed. Drop by the TBSP onto lightly greased (or use a silpat) baking sheet. Bake 12-15 minutes, until lightly browned.
