2 oz of Turkey Sausage (Good to use leftovers)
1 med potato ( pre-cooked and chopped into peices)
1 small Onion (Chopped fine)
1/2 of each green, Red Bell pepper (Chopped)
Garlic powder
Mrs. Dash spicy Herb
Black pepper
Pam**Recipe
In a non-sticking skillet spray with pam and put in potato,Peppers & onion and brown. If needed add more Pam**.
2. take the Sausage and add to mixure. Then sprinkle seasonings to taste.
