    List of Ingredients




    4 egg whites
    Splenda equal to 1c sugar
    1 1/2 c hot water
    1/3c fresh lemon juice
    2T grated lemon rind

    Recipe



    In double boiler, combine egg whites & Splenda. Stir until thoroughly
    blended. Add water, lemon juice and lemon rind. Continue stirring until
    smooth and
    thick. (When dropped from spatula, mixture should mound) Remove from
    heat. Stir
    for 5 minutes to cool. Pour into serving bowls. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.

    Makes 2 servings. Contains Protein - Egg White
