Halibut or Tuna with Cilantro and Lime

List of Ingredients
1 pound halibut, tuna, or swordfish steaks
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce .(of course this is NOT on plan---maybe some spices instead or leave out?)
1/2 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil .(of course this is NOT on plan---Some spray maybe instead?)
1/2 cup slivered red or yellow onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup coarsely chopped cilantroRecipe
Cut halibut into 1-inch pieces; sprinkle with lime juice. stir in ginger. Heat
Spray wok or large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add onion
and garlic; stir-fry 2 minutes. Add halibut; stir-fry 2 minutes
or until halibut is opaque. Add any Spices you might want.
Stir-fry 30 seconds or until sauce boils and thickens. Sprinkle
with cilantro. Garnish with lime wedges, if desired.
Makes 4 servings(this is what recipie says 4 serverings.......but of course cut it down to your body type protien)
