1/2 cup I CAN'T BELIEVE IT'S NOT BUTTER!® Spread-tub or stick
2 tablespoons finely chopped, drained sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil
1 shallot or small onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 loaf French or Italian bread (about 12 inches long), halved lengthwise
Recipe
In small bowl, blend all ingredients except bread. Evenly spread bread with sun-dried tomato mixture. On baking sheet, arrange bread and broil until golden. Slice and serve.
