1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup Fleischmann's® Original Stick
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 1/2 cups packed dark brown sugar
1/2 cup Egg Beaters®, or 2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
1 cup dried sweetened cranberries (craisins)
1 cup white chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a medium bowl, combine flour and baking powder, and set aside.
In a fairly large bowl, combine Fleischmann's and sugars. Using an electric mixer, beat on medium high speed until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla extract and beat until well blended. Reduce speed to medium and add flour mixture and stir until just combined. Fold in oats, cranberries, and white chocolate chips.
For each cookie, drop a rounded tablespoon of dough onto a cookie sheet, leaving about 2 inches between each. Bake 12 to 14 minutes or until edges of cookies turn golden brown and centers are still soft.
