Cream of Mushroom Soup

List of Ingredients
1/2 lb. mushrooms, thinly sliced
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 chicken boullion cubes dissolved in 2 cups boiling water
OR
2 cups chicken stock
1/4 cup butter
3 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. poultry seasoning
3 cups milk
Recipe
Combine first four items in medium saucepan. Cover and simmer 20 minutes. Melt butter in large saucepan. Blend in flour, seasonings. Gradually stir in milk, over medium heat until thickened (boils). Stir in mushroom mixture, undrained. (6 cups)
