    1 lb. beef cubed steak
    1 medium onion,chopped
    2 cans (14 1/2 oz.) chili-seasoned chunky tomatoes
    1 1/2 cups uncooked wagon wheel pasta
    1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

    Recipe



    Cut beef into 1 inch wide squares. Cook meat and onion for 3 minutes. Stir in tomatoes, pasta and 1/2 cup water into pan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low. Cover tightly and simmer for 20 minutes or until pasta is tender. Sprinkle with cheese before serving. Serves 4 to 6.
