    PEPPER STEAK OVER NOODLES

    List of Ingredients

    2 lbs. round steak or choice
    2 tbsps. oil
    ¼ cup soy sauce
    1 cup chopped onions
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 tsp. sugar
    ½ tsp. salt
    ½ tsp. pepper
    ¼ tsp. ginger
    4 tomatoes cut into eighths
    2 large green peppers cut into strips
    ½ cup cold water
    1 tbsp. corn starch
    Cooked egg noodles or rice

    Recipe

    Cut beef into 3 x 1 inch strips and brown in oil. Transfer to large pot. Combine next 7 ingredients and pour over beef. Cook until meat is tender. Add tomatoes and peppers. Cook 15 minutes longer. Combine water and cornstarch to make a paste. Stir into liquid and cook until thickened. Serve warm over noodles or rice.
