    • 1 SLICED BANANA
    • 1 TBP BUTTER
    • 1 TSP SUGAR
    • 1/2 CUP DARK RUM
    • 1/4 CUP BANANA LIQUEUR
    • DASH OF CINNAMON
    • 1 SCOOP ICE CREAM


    Instructions


    1. MELT BUTTER IN PAN. SAUTE BANANAS. SAUTE UNTIL TENDER NOT MUSHY
    2. FLOMBE WITH RUM AND LIQUEUER. STIR IN REST. SERVE OVER ICE CREAM
