    • 1 LEMON- JUICE OF
    • 2 TSP FRESH GARLIC
    • 1 CELERY STALK -MINCED
    • PINCH OREGANO
    • PINCH PARSLEY
    • 1 TBL BOILING WATER
    • SALT
    • PEPPER


    Instructions


    1. COMBINE SAUCE IN A BOWL, WHISKING IN BOILING WATER AT THE END TO EMUSIFY. SET ASIDE.
    2. SEASON SWORDFISH STEAKS WITH OIL THEN SALT AND PEPPER. GRILL UNTIL TENDER AND FLAKY. SERVE.
