- 1-1/3 CUPS LIGHT CORN SYRUP
- 1 TBL BUTTER, MELTED
- 1 TSP VANILLA
- 1/4 TSP SALT
- 2-1/2 CUPS PECANS COARSLY CHOPPED
Instructions
- BEAT EGGS, ADD CORN SYRUP, SUGAR, MELTED BUTTER, SALT AND VANILLA, ADD PECANS, POUR INTO CRUST. PREHEAT OVEN
- TO 250, BAKE FOR 2 HOURS AND 45 MIN. MAKES ONE 9" PIE
