    List of Ingredients


    • 1 1/2 cups of milk
    • 1/2 cup ice
    • 1/2 cup of frozen fruit (your choice)
    • 3 packets of equal


    Instructions


    1. Add milk and ice into blend and blend until ice is chopped.
