    In Mpls there is a German restaurant that has the greatest ham balls. A few years ago they published the recipe


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 c. diced ham
    • 1 c.diced swiss cheese
    • 1/4c chopped onions
    • 1/4c chopped green pepper
    • 2 c. drained sauerkraut
    • 1 egg
    • 2 tsp. prepared mustard
    • 1 tsp celery seed
    • 1/4c grated parmasean cheese


    Instructions


    1. Mix all ingredients
    2. Shape into balls
    3. Dip into beaten egg. Roll in bread crumbs
    4. Fry in oil 3-5 minutes
