Recipe Introduction


This was the signature drink of TWA, it was served to first class passengers and called a BOCCI BALL.





List of Ingredients



• 3 oz champagne
  
• 3 oz Orange Juice
  
• 1 oz Amaretto
  
• Optional - Cherry to garnish
  






Instructions



1. In a tumbler place in the 3 oz champagne, 3 oz orange juice and 1 oz amaretto.
   
2. Give a stir and top with ice cubes.
   
3. You may add a cherry for a garnish.
   






Final Comments


This was a favorite drink of the customers of TWA! It's served more in the skies, but is a great twist on the Mimosa and should live on!
