Recipe Introduction
Anyone who sees Jolenes name as a source knows this is good. It is easy. I thought I would add it today, for it is summery and we still have 3 inches of snow. So am wishful thinking
List of Ingredients
- 1 pkg white cake mix with pudding
- 3 oz pkg raspberry jello
- 10 oz pakg frozen raspberries (thawed but not drained)
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 c oil
- 1/4 c hot water
- Frosting
- 10 oz frozen raspberries thawed but not drained
- 8 oz cool whip
Instructions
- Combine cake mix and jello, add raspberried with juice, eggs oil and water. Beat 3 minutes
- Pour into greased 9x13 pan. Bake 35-40 min at 350
- Cool and frost with frosting. Refrigerate at least 2 hours
