    Recipe Introduction


    Jolene and I spend Thanksgiving together somewhere. While lounging we always work onsomething to use as Christmas presents. This is always a hit. It is a fun tradition


    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 c sugar
    • 1/2 c firmly packed brown sugar
    • 1/2 c quick oats
    • 1/4 c chopped pecans
    • 1/2 c rice crispies
    • 1/2 c vanilla chips or chocolate
    • 1/2 c m/ms
    • 1 1/2 c flour mixed with 1 tsp baking powder


    Instructions


    1. Layer in wide mouth quart jar. Press each layer firmly
    2. Tie following recipe on decorated jar:
    3. Empty jar into large bowl. Add 1 stick butter, 1 egg and 1 tsp vanilla. Mix
    4. Shape into balls the size of walnuts. Bake at 350 for 13-15 minutes
