List of Ingredients

1 lrg. bag of frozen tater tots
1 c. TVP
1 Family size can of condenced cream of mushroom soup
2 c. boiling water



Recipe

First brown your tater tots according to instructions on bag. While tater tots are baking, put the TVP into a small bowl and pour the boiling water over and let soak for 10 mins. Meanwhile, in a med. saucepan heat cream of mushroom soup adding small amounts of water at a time to bring it into a sauce consistency. When the TVP is done soaking, drain any excess water off and add it to the soup.
When tater tots are done cooking, layer half the tots in the bottom of a casserole dish. Next pour half the soup over tots, then the rest of the tots and last the rest of the soup. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 20 mins.
