Indiana Corn Casserole

List of Ingredients
- 1 lb. Bacon
- 1/2 cup Butter
- 1/2 medium Onion (chopped)
- 1/2 cup Celery (chopped)
- 1 Red Pepper (chopped)
- 1 Green Pepper (chopped)
- 5 tablespoons Flour
- 2 cups Sour Cream
- 2 lbs. Thawed Frozen Corn
- Salt & Pepper
Instructions
- Cook bacon then chop into small pieces(set aside)
- Melt butter-saute' onion, celery, red & green peppers until soft. Stir in flour, then sour cream until well blended. Add the corn and bacon bits, season with salt & pepper.
- Pour mixture into 9x13 baking dish. Cook at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
