    List of Ingredients


    • 1 lb. Bacon
    • 1/2 cup Butter
    • 1/2 medium Onion (chopped)
    • 1/2 cup Celery (chopped)
    • 1 Red Pepper (chopped)
    • 1 Green Pepper (chopped)
    • 5 tablespoons Flour
    • 2 cups Sour Cream
    • 2 lbs. Thawed Frozen Corn
    • Salt & Pepper


    Instructions


    1. Cook bacon then chop into small pieces(set aside)
    2. Melt butter-saute' onion, celery, red & green peppers until soft. Stir in flour, then sour cream until well blended. Add the corn and bacon bits, season with salt & pepper.
    3. Pour mixture into 9x13 baking dish. Cook at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
