List of Ingredients
- 16 slices Pettridge Farm Sandwich Bread(crust removed)
- 3-1/2 cup Chicken(cooked & diced)
- 8 oz. sliced Mushrooms
- 3 Hard Boiled Eggs(chopped)
- 2 tablespoons Onion(chopped)
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 2 tablespoon Red Wine
- 1 cup Sour Cream
Instructions
- In a 9x13 inch pan, butter both sides of bread put 8 slices in bottom of pan. Mix rest of ingredients together-salt & pepper bread buttered. Mix chicken soup, wine & sour cream together and spread on top of bread then put 8 other pieces of bread on top and sprinkle with paparika.
- Bake at 325 degree for 35 minutes.
