    List of Ingredients


    • 16 slices Pettridge Farm Sandwich Bread(crust removed)
    • 3-1/2 cup Chicken(cooked & diced)
    • 8 oz. sliced Mushrooms
    • 3 Hard Boiled Eggs(chopped)
    • 2 tablespoons Onion(chopped)
    • 1 cup Mayonnaise
    • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
    • 2 tablespoon Red Wine
    • 1 cup Sour Cream


    Instructions


    1. In a 9x13 inch pan, butter both sides of bread put 8 slices in bottom of pan. Mix rest of ingredients together-salt & pepper bread buttered. Mix chicken soup, wine & sour cream together and spread on top of bread then put 8 other pieces of bread on top and sprinkle with paparika.
    2. Bake at 325 degree for 35 minutes.
