    18-20 large white mushrooms
    250~gram herb & garlic cream cheese
    1/4~cup Pecans, chopped
    1 green onion, chopped
    1/3~cup ham, finely chopped
    /2~teaspoon Italian seasoning mix
    1/4~cup Romano cheese, grated
    2~teaspoon parsley

    Using cook's corer, remove stems. Place cap souded side down, on med par pan.
    Place cream cheese in sm batter bowl.
    Soften in mic 10-20 sec.
    Add pacans, green onin, ham, seasoning and cheese to bowl. Mix well.
    Using sm scoop, scoop cheese mix into caps.
    Bake 15-18 min or until heated through.
    Place on cooling rack; cook 5 min.
    Sprinkle parley overtop.
