    List of Ingredients




    4~oz Monterery Jack or Mozza cheese
    1/4~cup Mayonnaise
    1/4~cup Sour cream
    1/4~teaspoon salt
    1 garlic clove, pressed
    9~oz Spinach, fzn chopped thawed, drained, patted dry
    1/3~cup Carrot, chopped
    1/4~cup Onion, chopped
    1 French bread, sliced (20)

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 375.
    Cut cheese into 20 thins slices; cover and set aside.
    In large bowl, combine mayo, sour cream, salt and garlic; mix until well blended.
    Stir in spinach, carrot and onion.
    Spread rounded tbsp full spinach mixture onto each bread slice.
    Place on baking sheet; top with cheese.
    Bake 10-12 minutes or until cheese is melted and bread is crisp. Serve warm.
