    2~pound mushrooms, med to large
    2.5~oz ham, chopped
    1/2~cup dry bread crumbs
    1/4~cu Green bell pepper, chopped
    1 Garlic, pressed
    3~tablespoon Italian salad dressing

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 400.
    Remove stem from mushroom caps; set aside.
    PIace caps, stem-side up, on baking sheet.
    Chop enough mushroom stems to measure 1/2 cup.
    In med bowI, combine stems, ham, bread crumbs, bell pepper, garlic and dressing; mix welI.
    Spoon filling into caps, gently pressing filling into caps.
    Bake 18-20 min or until mushrooms are tender and filling is golden brown.
