I am trying this recipe for the first time. The original recipe was presented as a video only, and unfortunately they didn't provide it in written form (which is attractive but not very helpful to those who want to try it). I used turkey instead of pork products and approximated what I saw on the video.
2 lbs ground beef
2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp garlic powder
1 cup Cheetos, crushed
2 eggs
1 package turkey pepperoni
1/4 cup parmesan
1 cup shredded mozzarella
1 lb turkey bacon
Recipe
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Put ground beef in large bowl and stir in salt, pepper, garlic powder, Cheetos, and eggs.
3. Spread ground beef mixture on large rectangle of foil on cookie sheet, then tile with pepperoni. Sprinkle parmesan and mozzarella evenly over beef.
4. Use foil to roll beef into a log but don't include the foil in the log.
5. Return the foil to a rectangle (or use a new piece), and line it with bacon strips. Place the beef log on one end (on top of the bacon) and roll into another log, this time wrapping the foil over the top to encase it.
6. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes, then remove foil and back at 500 degrees for another 25 minutes. Cut into slices.
