Oven Baked Ravioli

Oven Baked Ravioli
8 servings
1 LB ground chicken breast, skinless
1/2 c onions, chopped
1/2 c bell peppers, chopped
26 oz. fat-free spaghetti sauce
24 pieces frozen cheese ravioli, thawed
1 1/2 c low-fat mozzarella cheese, shredded
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Prepare a 2-quart rectangle dish with cooking spray; set aside. In large skillet, cook chicken, onions, and bell peppers until chicken is no longer pink. Stir in spaghetti sauce.
Spoon one and half cups sauce mixture onto bottom of prepared dish. Arrange 12 pieces of ravioli onto sauce mixture. Spoon half of the remaining sauce mixture over ravioli, then top with 3/4 cup cheese. Repeat layering, ending with sauce mixture.
Bake, covered, for 20 minutes, or until ravioli are done. Remove cover and top with remaining cheese. Bake for five minutes more, or until cheese has melted.
