    Omelets in a Bag

    In a small Ziploc bag, pour in one or two eggs ( no shell!). Add a T. of cheese, bacon, onion, whatever you like.Seal the bag, squish the ingredients to mix. "Burp" the air out. Drop in a pan of boiling water. Boil 3 min-1 egg, 4 min. for 2 eggs.
    Open bag roll omelet onto plate.
