Breakfast in a Crockpot

List of Ingredients
32 ounces frozen hash browns
1 lb cooked lean ham, cubed
1 diced onion
1 diced green pepper
1 1/2 cups shredded cheese
12 eggs
1 cup skim milk
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1. Divide potatoes,ham, vegetables and cheese so you can create several layers of each in the crockpot.
2. Start with the hash browns, then ham, onions, peppers and lastly cheese.
3. Repeat until you have several layers of each.
4. Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
5. Pour this over the layers in the crockpot.
6. Cook on low for 10 to 12 hours overnight.
