Chicken Tortilla Soup
List of Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 15oz cans of black beans, undrained
- 2 15oz cans of Mexican stewed tomatoes
- 1 cup salsa
- 4oz can green chilies
- 14oz can tomatoe sauce
- Tortilla chips
- grated cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except for chips and cheese. Cook on low for 8 hours. Just before serving, shred chicken. To serve, put a handful of chips in individual soup bowls. Ladle soup over chips and top with cheese.
