Cream Cheese Potatoes

2 Tbs minced or chopped dried onion
2 cloves garlic, minced OR 1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt Pepper to taste
8 medium potatoes, scrubbed & sliced (12)
1 package FF cream cheese, cubed (4)

Spray crockpot with Pam.In small bowl, combine onion, garlic, salt and
pepper. Layer 1/4 of sliced potatoes in bottom of crockpot. Sprinkle
with 1/4 seasonings. Layer with 1/3 cream cheese cubes. Continue
layering process, ending with layer of potatoes then sprinkle with
seasonings. Cover and cook on high 3 to 4 hrs. In last hour of cooking,
stir potatoes to distribute cream cheese. Serve when potatoes are
tender. Serves 6,
