• 3-4 pound beef roast
  
• 1 package dry italian dressing mix
  
• 1 12oz can beer
  






Instructions



1. Place roast in crockpot. Sprinkle with seasoning. Pour beer over roast. Cook on low 8-10 hours until roast shreds. Serve with crusty rolls and juice.
