    2 c mayo
    1 c sourcream
    1/4 cup white wine vinegar
    1 garlic clove crushed
    1/2 tsp ground mustard
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp ground pepper
    4-6 oz bleu cheese crumbled
    1/4 cup minced fresh parsley (must use fresh)

    Place all the ingredients in blender or food processor and process till smooth.
