    Cream of Tomato Soup

    1 large can of crushed tomatoes
    3 Tbs. butter
    1/2 pint of heavy cream
    shredded cheese to top the soup
    Salt and Pepper to taste

    Heat together the cream and butter so they thicken in consistancy. Then add the can of tomatoes, salt and pepper. Heat up and enjoy topped with cheese.
