1 pkg Jimmy Dean sausage (find with no sugar)
1 can Ro-tel
1 pkg cream cheese
add cayenne pepper for more heat if you like Brown sausage in large skillet, add Ro-Tel, add cream cheese in chunks and melt. Stir well. *Ro-Tel is brand of canned tomato and green chiles combined. you could make your own using 1/2 4oz can gr. chiles per one can chopped tomato
