Brown Rice (Onions & Sun Dried Tomatoes)

List of Ingredients
- 4 cups cooked (steamed) brown rice, salted to taste
- 1 large or 2 medium onions, chopped
- 3 tablespoons sun dried tomatoes
- 1 rounded teaspoon of minced garlic
- 1/8-1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in large frying pan. Saute' onions and sun dried tomatoes until onions start to become clear. Add garlic and continue cooking until tender. Add cooked rice and mix well. Garlic could be omitted, or add as much as you like. Add more or less olive, as needed, to saute onions.
