    1 (16oz) ctn nonfat sour cream
    1 (10 oz) pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
    1/4 c. chopped scallions
    1/8 tsp. liquid hot pepper seasoning
    1/4 c. chopped red pepper
    1 clove garlic, crushed

    Recipe



    In medium bowl, mix sour cream, spinach, red pepper, scallions, garlic and liquid hot pepper seasoning until well blended. Cover; chill until serving time. Serve as dip with crackers.
