    24 oz Tomato paste *
    24 oz White wine or vinegar **
    1 ea Bottle of Louisiana hot sauce ***
    3/4 C Sugar
    Juice of 2 lemons
    3 Tbs Each of the following: soy sauce, steak sauce, Worcestershire sauce ****
    1 Tbs Garlic powder or to taste
    1 Tbs Garlic powder or to taste
    1/2 ea Bottle of Wrights Liquid Smoke *****
    1 Tbs Cayenne pepper or to taste
    1 Tbs Seasoning salt

    * Or for a thinner sauce use tomato sauce. ** Wine is better. Lori said she uses Rhine wine. *** Lori used Crystal. **** Lori used Heinz 57 © sauce for the steak sauce and A-1 Steak Sauce ©. ***** Use only Wrights. Mix and simmer about 1 hour.
