Take one large round steak cubed.Then dip it in flour.Heat oil in
skillet.Brown the steak in the skillet.Remove steak from skillet.Put in
roaster pan.Add 2 cans of golden mushroom soup plus 2 cans of water to
skillet. Stir and bring to boil, stirring all the bits from bottom of
skillet. Add salt, pepper, & some minced garlic on top of meat,pour soup
mixture over meat. Put in 375 degree oven, covered for one and half to
two hrs or until meat is tender.Serve over mashed potatoes.
