1/4 cup orange juice
1 banana, sliced
1 Tablespoon nonfat dry milk 1/4 cup pineapple juice
6 ice cubes
Recipe
In a blender, place all ingredients. Cover and blend on high speed for 2 minutes or until smooth. Serve immediately.
Makes 1 shake.
