    Carrot Cake with Secret Cream Cheese Fro

    List of Ingredients




    1 box spice cake mix
    1/4 cup oil
    1 cup grated carrot
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 eggs
    1 1/3c water

    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients. Pour into greased floured 13 x 9 pan, bake at 350F for 35 minutes. Cool.
    Secret Cream Cheese Frosting
    1 8oz pkg cream cheese
    1 c toasted chopped pecans
    1 tsp. instant coffee powder
    3 tsps water
    1 box confectioners sugar
    Mix all ingredients. If too thin add more powdered sugar. Too thick, add water 1/2 tsp at a time to spreading consistency.
