Creamy Beef With Biscuits

List of Ingredients
2 lbs ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, cubed
1 can (10 3/4 oz) cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 tube (13 oz.) refrigerated buttermilk buscuits
Recipe
In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Add cream cheese, stirring until melted. Add the soup, milk, catsup, salt and pepper; mix well.
Transfer to greased 13X9X2 inch baking dish. Cover and bake at 375 º for 15 minutes. Uncover, arrange biscuits over top. Bake 20-25 minutes longer or until biscuits are golden brown
