Tater Tot Casserole

1 cup chopped onion, optional
1 lb. ground beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 bag frozen Tater Tots®
1 can green beans, drained
1/8 -1/4 cup milk
salt and pepper to taste
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350º F. Grease a 9 x13" cake pan or casserole. Cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until meat is done. Drain off any grease.
Combine soup and enough milk to make it slightly thinner. It should be thinned enough to be very easy to stir but not runny. Add can of green beans. Add your cooked meat to mixture. Spread mixture in casserole. Top with single layer of frozen Tater Tots®. Bake for 45 minutes, until hot and bubbly. Tots should be golden brown.
