List of Ingredients




1� cups flour
1 cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
� teaspoon salt
8 ounce carton pineapple yogurt
� cup cooking oil
2 eggs
1 cup coconut
1/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon


Recipe



Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 9 inch square pan or an 11 by 7 inch
pan. In a
large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, yogurt, oil
and eggs.
Beat until well blended. Pour into prepared pan. In a small bowl,
combine
remaining ingredients and sprinkle over the batter. Bake for 30 to
35 minutes or
until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.



Makes 9 to 12 squares.
