16 oz cooked ziti
16 oz fat-free cottage cheese
4 oz part-skim mozzarella cheese
26 oz bottled spaghetti sauce
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Recipe
Preheat to 350. Prepare a 9" x 13" pan with cooking spray; set aside. Place cooked ziti in a mixing bowl. Stir in cottage cheese and half of the mozzerella cheese. Mix well. Cover the bottom of pan w/ half the spag. sauce. Spoon the ziti mixture on top. Then spread remaining spag. sauce over ziti mixture. Sprinkle w/ parmesean cheese and top w/ remaining mozzerella cheese. Bake for 20 minutes, or until cheese has melted.
