List of Ingredients
4 PKG 3 OZ. JELLO each a different flavor such as orange, cherry,
lime
and lemon so as to have different colors
1/2 CUP COLD WATER
1/2 CUP COLD WATER
1 CUP SUGAR
1 CUP HOT WATER
2 PKG KNOX GELATIN
2 CUPS MILK, SCALDED
1 PINT SOUR CREAM

MIX EACH PACKAGE OF JELLO AND SET ASIDE. SCALD MILK WITH SUGAR IN IT.
STIR IN THE DEVOLVED KNOX GELATIN IN WARM MILK. WAIT FOR MILK TO
COOL,
THEN STIR IN SOUR CREAM. DIVIDE INTO THREE EQUAL PARTS. PUT A LAYER
OF
FLAVORED GELATIN INTO SHEET CAKE PAN THAT HAS BEEN SPRAYED WITH PAM
(to prevent sticking). SET INTO REFRIGERATOR UNTIL SET BUT STILL
TACKY
(about 30-40 min.). LAYER WITH THE MILK MIXTURE NEXT. THIS WILL SET A
LITTLE FASTER THAN THE FLAVORED GELATIN HAS. WHEN SET BUT STILL TACKY
POUR THE NEXT LAYER. BE VERY GENTLE WHEN PLACING NEW LAYER ON, A
LARGE
SPOON WORKS NICELY.
