List of Ingredients
1/2 can (16-oz.) Refried beans
1/4 cup chopped onion
1½ lbs. ground beef
8 flour tortillas
1 can (4 oz.) chilies chopped and drained
1/2 tsp. salt
4 slices of American cheese, cut in half or use shredded colby cheese
Optional Toppings:
shredded lettuce
chopped tomatoes
extra cheese
salsa
sour cream
Recipe
In bowl mix chilies, onion, salt, beans,and beef. Divide into 8 portions. Shape into eight 5" patties. Place cheese on half of each patty. Fold meat over cheese forming 1/2 circle and seal. Cook or grill 15 -17 min. or until done. Heat tortillas then wrap around burgers Serve with optional toppings.
