Recipe Introduction
From "Great Good Food" by Julee Rosso. She uses this as a substitute
for sour cream, mayonnaise, or heavy cream in many dishes and sauces.
List of Ingredients
1 cup nonfat plain yogurt
1 cup low-fat or nonfat cottage cheese
Recipe
Place the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. The mixture can
also be blended by hand, but do not use a food processor as you will not
get the right consistency.
