List of Ingredients




1 1/2 lb. hamburger 1 can tomato's and green chili's
1 onion, chopped 1 tall can milk
salt and pepper to taste 1 cup longhorn cheese, grated
1 can enchilada sauce 6 tacos shells, uncooked


Recipe



Brown hamburger with chopped onion. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add enchilada sauce, tomatoes and green chilies, milk and grated cheese. Heat until cheese is melted. In long baking dish, put 6 taco shells, uncooked, then 1/2 of mixture; layer of taco shells and remainder of mixture. Bake at 300 º for
30 minutes. A tossed salad and corn complete the meal.
