List of Ingredients
2 lbs. frozen hash brown potatoes
1 can (10-1/2 oz.) cream of potato soup
1 can (10-1/2 oz.) cream of celery soup
8 oz. sour cream
2 Tbs. minced onion
1/2 soup can milk
Recipe
Mix all of the above together and pour into a 9" x 13" cake pan.
Cover and bake for 1-1/2 to
2 hours at 325 degrees F. This is delicious with ham.
